  • Cake Details

    Buttercream & Mousse cakes are 3-4 layers and stand 5"-6" tall. Sheet cakes are 2-4 layers and 4"+ in height.
    We do not offer cakes covered in fondant or cakes with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, or egg-free cakes.

  • Custom Add-ons

    The listed prices reflect starting
    costs. The details of the cake design will determine the final price. Florals & custom cake toppers can be added upon request or provided by your florist. Dessert display stands are provided by the customer.

  • Allergens

    TF Bakehouse products are not allergen-free. Items may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. While we take care to clean and separate ingredients, everything is baked and prepared in a kitchen using shared equipment. Please ask if you have specific allergy questions.

  • Pickup

    Please provide your requested pickup
    or delivery date when sending your order inquiry. Wait for confirmation that your date is available. An alternative date may be provided. Pickup is in Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The pickup location will be shared upon receipt of full payment or deposit.

  • Delivery

    Delivery Fee - $65 (15 mile radius). Delivery & setup fees vary by location beyond 15 miles.

  • Cutting Service

    We will deliver and set up your cake for display. Coordinate with your caterer to cut and plate your cake. An experienced caterer has cut many cakes and will know how to slice & serve proper portions. 

  • Ordering & Payment

    To order, send a message via the CONTACT page. Allow up to 5 business days for a response.
    Invoices of $500 or less require a
    2-week lead time. Invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt via email to secure the order.

  • Events & Weddings

    Large event orders require a minimum 4-week lead time. Corporate orders and weddings are often booked months ahead. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Final payment must be made 30 days before the event.

  • Cancellations

    Orders canceled within 10 days of fulfillment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Orders canceled within 3 days of fulfillment are not eligible for a refund.
