By placing an order with TF Bakehouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions throughout the website. TF Bakehouse reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

 

CAKES

For cancellation requests, payment-related concerns, or any inquiries, please send a message through our CONTACT page or hello@tfbakehouse.com. Orders canceled within 10 days of fulfillment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Orders canceled within 3 days of fulfillment are not eligible for a refund.

 

COOKIES

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@tfbakehouse.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies. Provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Claims sent after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation will not be eligible for a reship or refund. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

 

CORPORATE ORDERS

Due to the immense amount of planning and prep that goes into large corporate orders, invoices must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee within 21 days of fulfillment and a 50% fee within 14 days of fulfillment. Cancellation requests less than 10 days from the event will not receive a refund.

Refunds will be automatically issued if TF Bakehouse must cancel an order or if we are unable to fulfill a previously announced event or preorder due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
