Shipping policy

***Cookies are available for shipping. Whole cakes cannot be shipped. 

• Designated shipping weeks will be announced in advance. Orders will be accepted and shipped only during these specified times.
• Shipping is available for online cookie orders within the continental United States through UPS Ground 2-3 Day shipping. We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders are processed at the beginning of the week and shipped out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help avoid weekend delays.
• If an order is placed after the weekly cutoff - Sundays at 11:59pm CST, it will not ship out until the following week.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact UPS directly and provide your tracking number for assistance.
• UPS is a third-party carrier. Once your package has been handed off to UPS, TF Bakehouse is not responsible for transit delays, weather disruptions, or other delivery issues.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please ensure you've input the correct delivery address. UPS may require a signature for delivery to certain addresses.
